Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems for over twelve years, and he’s the guy we send when a diagnosis isn’t obvious. He holds his EPA 608 universal certification and can walk a homeowner through a failed compressor the same way he’d explain a recipe: step by step, no jargon, and with the patience of someone who has answered the same question a hundred times and still means it. He’s our go-to for Carrier and Trane systems, though he’ll tell you a Goodman heat pump has never once hurt his feelings. Off the clock, Marcus coaches youth soccer at Hammond Park and is unreasonably serious about his smoker, which he refuses to call anything but “the rig.” If you hear him mention a brisket during a summer AC repair, that’s just Marcus.

Dana R., Senior Install Lead

Dana runs our installation crews, and she’s the reason a full-system replacement in Sandy Springs goes in clean, level, and on schedule. She started in the trade working on light commercial rooftops before moving to residential, where she found she liked the problem-solving of older homes with tight attics and crawlspaces. Dana is NATE-certified in air conditioning installation and has led installs on every brand we service, from Lennox to York to American Standard. She keeps a folding ruler in her back pocket at all times, a habit her first foreman drilled into her, and she still measures twice before cutting anything. Her two rescue dogs, both inexplicably named after HVAC parts, are the unofficial mascots of the install crew.

Priya S., Service Coordinator

Andre W., Apprentice Technician

Andre is our newest team member, and he came to us through a technical college program here in Georgia. He’s already EPA-certified and has picked up a reputation on the crew for being able to find a dropped screw in a crawlspace faster than anyone. Andre grew up in Dunwoody and went to high school less than five miles from our shop, which means he cares about this area in a way that can’t be taught. His goal, in his own words, is to be the kind of technician his mom would brag about at church. We think he’s on track.
